2. Products and Availability

Zayvo Clothing offers a variety of clothing and accessories for purchase. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and availability, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions, colors, or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order but a confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or other reasons.

Payment for products must be made through the payment methods available on the Site. All prices are in CHF and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

• In-Stock Items: Orders for items that are in stock will be packed within 48 hours of order placement.
• Pre-Order Items: Orders for pre-order items will be packed and shipped within
  4 – 5 weeks of order placement.
• Shipping: All orders are shipped via Swiss Post. We offer international shipping; shipping times and costs vary based on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

5. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@zayvoclothing.com for return instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 2-7 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zayvo Clothing or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.
