SHIPPING AND RETURN

Delivery

• In-Stock Items: Orders for items that are in stock will be packed within 48 hours of order placement.
• Pre-Order Items: Orders for pre-order items will be packed and shipped within
  4 – 5 weeks of order placement.
• While Production: if you order while the items are on their way to us or are not yet fully produced, then it usually takes about 2-4 weeks until we receive the items and then we can send them to you.
• Shipping: All orders are shipped via Swiss Post. We offer international shipping; shipping times and costs vary based on the destination.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds will be processed within 2-7 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
